OUR PROCESS

The first step is for us to meet up for a free consultation. Either in person, on the phone or via Skype works for us! In this consultation, we’ll discuss all your initial ideas and we can go through how we can help you and determine which of our styling options would work best for you.

After our meeting we will send you a document detailing what we discussed in our consultation. If you are happy with its contents we will start working on your styling plan (payment of £100 must be received for us to produce these documents) and produce a full costing invoice of all the items we will be providing/creating.

We can tweak the documents as much as required to match your style and budget but there is a minimum spend depending on which option you choose. Once you are happy with all the documentation, you will just need to sign the quote document and agree to our T&C’s and return these to us with a 25% deposit.

Three months before we will have a quick catch up to recap all the ideas we’ve discussed and see what changes may be necessary and confirm your requirements for your wedding day. At this point, we will also liaise with other suppliers you have chosen as required. (This is only applicable to full day styling options. If you’ve booked a partial event styling option, we will do this catch up six weeks prior to the wedding.)

The day prior or on the day, depending on the venue, we will completely transform your venue as per our bespoke styling plan whilst you enjoy getting ready knowing everything is being looked after. We will stick around for as long as you need us on the day to make sure everything is as you expect. We will also take down everything on the night, or the following day so you can enjoy time with your partner and family without worrying about getting everything out of the venue.

Six weeks before your wedding day final payment is due. This is also when we will be putting together all the final pieces for your big day and getting any final details we may need, such as seating plan details, how many tables there will be, etc.
